Peter graduated from the University of Oxford in 1976 with an MA in Chemistry, then embarked on a 36-year global career with Procter & Gamble.

Peter is a premier Supply Chain professional with extensive experience delivering effective end to end solutions gained from several senior positions, latterly Associate Director of Product Supply. His combination of strengths – clear strategic thinking, passionate business ownership, and a pragmatic, very personable style – have enabled him to build an enviable track record of working with and leading multiple business functions across different international locations.

As Hair Care Supply Network Operations AD, in Singapore, Peter managed a 35 strong team controlling supply network support for $1.8Bn business across ASEAN, Japan, India and Australia. Responsible to VP for cost, service, cash, quality and regulatory compliance, Peter led supply for products comprising 3000 items with an annual initiative churn delivered to a diverse market and trade from both in house and external locations.

Prior to this, Peter was Global Programme Manager for 8 years, operating as the Supply chain leader in a multifunctional global franchise team (UK/USA/Switzerland) responsible for the development of a major Hair care brand that more than tripled in volume to $2.0 Billion in 5 years. In parallel, Peter held global responsibility for Hair conditioner supply chain capability & capacity working with a Japan-based technical team and a global network of manufacturing sites.

Peter’s early career with Procter & Gamble included several leadership roles at the interface of innovation and supply chain, notably Category Supply Planning Manager – European Beauty Care, Initiative Planner – Global Health Care Project Team.

Prior to this Peter earned his stripes in a range of key Operations roles : Manufacturing Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager for UK Packaging & Contract Manufacturing and Distribution Manager.
